Snow Queen (2002), three hours miniseries by Hallmark. Definitely not my favorite adaptation of the tale (generally not a fan of the choice of having Gerda and Kai be adults, and I felt some parts dragged on for too long, expecially at the beginning — the first hour is basically entirely dedicated to developing a romantic relationship between the two characters). But it has its good moments and overall might be worth a watch. I particularly love that scene in the top right screenshot, where Gerda throws herself in the river in exchange for Kai.
And also I really like the Snow Queen herself, I think she’s really beautiful.
